Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES: 
Product exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase, and proof of purchase must be presented. 
You may make only one (1) exchange for a different color or model of handbag. 
The price that will be taken into account for the exchange will be the current prices on the day of purchase, as recorded on the proof of payment. Should there be a higher price difference, it must be paid by the customer.
If you wish to make an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition (new, with no signs of use, no perfume smell, no makeup, pen, ink, or other stains). 
- The purchase must have been made in Peru (does not apply to international purchases).
- No exchanges or returns are accepted for custom-made products.
- The customer will bear the shipping costs of the exchange (delivery).

RETURNS:
⁠- Returns of products that have been used or whose tags have been cut/manipulated are not accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges are made for products purchased at a discount or on SALE.
- Only returns due to manufacturing defects are accepted.
To submit an exchange or return, it is necessary to send an email to elisabagsofficial@gmail.com with the subject: EXCHANGE/RETURN, including the details, photos of the product, and proof of payment. Our response time for requests is 24 to 48 hours.

WARRANTY:
- All our products undergo different review and quality assurance processes before being sent to our customers. Our warranty applies up to 60 days after the purchase of the product, which will only be applied for manufacturing defects.
- Please note that our handbags are handmade and with the highest manufacturing standards; therefore, they may present slight variations inherent to artisanal work.
The warranty DOES NOT COVER the following details:
1. Failures, wear, or breakage of materials (fabric, lining, accessories), caused by improper use of the product.
2. Stains caused by inadequate cleaning.
3. Products or designs that do not satisfy the customer's personal taste will not be considered a manufacturing defect. However, it applies as a reason for exchange or return.

CARING FOR YOUR ELISA:
Our handbags are handmade in Peru, which makes them special and unique. Therefore, we recommend:
- Store in a dry, dust-free place, preferably in its original canvas bag.
- Keep them away from water and avoid prolonged direct exposure to the sun.
- Use specialized fabric cleaning products.
